NaS is a simple and efficient way for lecturers to record and keep track of their student's attendances. Managing the attendance of a class is made easy with the help of an import and an export feature which allows lecturers to import CSV file, as well as export recorded attendances of XLS format.
Key features of NaS are:
-add, edit and delete course
-add a lecture or tutorial section, edit and delete section
-add week, edit and delete section
-add student and clear student
-support offline attendance taking
Start using the app by adding the courses, sections and weeks. Adding students can be done by importing CSV file which contains student ID and student name from the mobile storage.
Long press on the data to get more options
Attendance can be categories as:
◆ "1" - present
◆ " " - absent
◆ "mc" - absent with valid reason
Attendance can be taken by tapping students smart card or press on the student name. Attendance count can be viewed at the right end column
The application automatically detects whether the device is NFC capable.
